Hi! It's been a long time since I've updated folks on my whereabouts and status. For the last 2 months, I've been working at a tax firm and with tax season being in full-swing, I was mostly unable to fully devote myself to anything but work. But I'm back now and here's what I've got for you all going forwards.

waitlist & plans for art

Unfortunately, I was not able to stick to my plans for my waitlisted orders I set out with back in February. As my last order was a massive one and my time became increasingly limited over the weeks, it was all I could do to get it finished out.But now that I am once again unemployed, I plan to get back to work as soon as I've had the chance to relax a bit. Likely, that will be starting this Monday after this weekend.Today, I am working on collaborations and responding to people I have left waiting for the last few weeks. I will also contact the first person on my waitlist regarding their order and how to proceed. I also have one outstanding trade I need to complete as well that has been waiting for a very long time, longer than some of my commissions. If I'm able to, I will try and finish out that one by tonight.Going forwards, I will finish out at least 80-90% of my current order before contacting my next client. As the waitlist has been waiting for a very long time, anyone I reach out to will have the option of canceling their order, paying after 50% of the commission has been completed, or paying upfront if they decide to.My Trello has been kept up-to-date and I will continue to be posting my WIP and completed images there as I work through everything.I don't have much else to mention other than that with regards to art progress though.   • You may choose to pay in full upfront or do split payments.

  • Split payments are accepted only for orders that are quoted to be over $20 USD or if an exception has been made. After a proposal has been accepted, an upfront deposit must be paid. The remaining payment must be paid after the initial draft✦ has been completed and approved.

  • Full payment must be made before the completed piece is delivered.

revisions ART

  • Minor and some major revisions may be requested at any time during or after the creation process at no additional cost.

  • Revisions that would involve recreating redrawing a large portion of the piece after the sketch has been approved may incur an additional fee.

revisions CODE

  • Bug fixes, minor revisions, some major revisions and/or overhauls may be requested at any time during or after the creation process at no additional cost.

  • Depending on the complexity of the requests, some major revisions and/or overhauls will incur a fee (which will be discussed with the client).

deadlines & delivery

  • If no deadline is indicated on the request proposal, the delivery date may be between 2 weeks to 2 months.

  • CODE A copy of the code will be posted to a private Toyhou.se profile and/or tab, and an access link will be provided to the commissioner.

  • Files will be uploaded to Google Drive or directly to Vgen (if ordering through Vgen) for final delivery. Additionally, I will send the files via email✧ and/or through Discord✧ if desired.

  • If you ever lose track of your files, you are free to contact me at one of my provided socials for assistance.

use ART

  • By default, commissioned work is assumed to be for personal and/or private use.

  • The commissioner may not repost the artwork without the watermark (if provided) and/or without credit to one of my social media accounts.

  • You will be given a file without the watermark to use privately.

  • You may edit the artwork in whatever way you wish, however I would appreciate being contacted for permission beforehand.

use CODE

  • By default, commissioned work is assumed to be for personal and/or private use.

  • The commissioner may share the code privately among friends, but may not repost the code for public use. If you wish for the code to be made publicly available, you must let me know personally so that I may post it myself.

  • You may not remove my watermark/credit from any commissioned work. You will be allowed to give your input on where you would like it to be, but it must stay on the code.

  • You may edit my code to your liking as long as it still somewhat resembles the original version. You may also "frankenstein" parts of my code with others' but credit must be provided to all creators involved.

refunds

  • A refund will only be provided if I have not yet completed my first draft.

  • If after the initial draft has been approved but the piece has not been finalized, a partial refund can be discussed (dependent on how far I had gotten with it).

  • You must let me know what your preferred method of communication is when ordering. If for whatever reason, a preferred communication method is not provided, I will reach out via Toyhou.se's or Vgen's direct messaging system.

  • Unless otherwise indicated, updates will be provided as certain milestones in the creation process are reached or as feedback is required to proceed.

  • You are free to reach out at any time to request an update on your order.
